What do I do if I don't make enough breast milk?

No matter how excited about breastfeeding you are, or how committed to the process you’ve become, you may have worries about your milk supply. In fact, it’s one of the most common questions I’m asked and it’s a perfectly natural instinct for a mother to make sure her baby is getting everything it needs.

It’s can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to be.

We'll talk about:

  • The types and causes low milk supply

  • How to know if your baby is getting enough

  • How to prevent a decrease in your milk supply and what to do if it happens

  • The steps you can take to maintain - and even increase - your milk supply

  • And so much more...

Too many moms stop breastfeeding before they intend to over concerns about not having enough milk. So many of those worries could have been prevented with a support system and some hands-on knowledge.
